Stinters nationwide.
What began as small group of students on WhatsApp helping others find flexible short shifts, has snowballed into a groundbreaking app connecting an expanding community of Stinters to hospitality businesses around the UK.
Become a Stinter“It's so easy to find a job and get paid quickly. You can choose from many types of jobs based on your skills. It gives me a security that other part-jobs don't give me.
Matthew, London
“Stint allows flexible working around my uni schedule, meaning I can still commit fully to my other commitments without overloading myself with too much work.
Beth, Norwich
“Stint allows me to pick up jobs as and when I need them. I also like that the shifts aren’t too long so they work really well with my uni timetable.”
Mannat, London
Whatever you need,
we’re here to help.
To sign up, you must have the right to work in the UK, and be 18 years or older.
Other than that, reliability, enthusiasm and a positive attitude are the qualities you need! We’re looking for people who can show us they can deliver a great experience for customers.
It's great to keep in mind that while there's no CV or interview required, you may be required to send us a quick 20 second video showcasing your customer service aptitude for more customer-facing roles. And don’t forget your first few Stints serve as a first impression!
Once you've become a Stint Partner, you'll gain access to our mobile and web apps. Simply log into your account, navigate to 'My Stints', and you're in control.
From there, you'll specify Stint roles, uniform and timings. You'll also be able to post, edit and coordinate your Stints, with your changes updating seamlessly between mobile and web.
If you ever need guidance or have questions about managing your Stints, our dedicated Support Team is just a call away.
Stints range from 2 to 8 hours in length. There's plenty of variation to choose from! The app always displays the specific duration for each Stint, allowing you to pick what suits your schedule best. If you ever agree to work overtime on a specific Stint, don't worry - you'll be compensated.
Stints cover a range of tasks, spanning from back-of-house responsibilities to front-of-house roles. Tasks are always outlined in the app, so you can choose Stints that work with your preferences.
Here’s some examples of tasks you could be doing:
- Washing dishes
- Running food and drinks
- Polishing glasses and unloading the dishwasher
- Greeting customers
- And much more!
Remember, the more Stints you do at your favourite businesses, the more skills you'll gain.
If you join a Stint Team, Stints are £11 per hour!
For standard Stints in London, you're paid £10.42 per hour and if you are in the rest of the UK, you are paid £9.50 per hour.
