Stint has integrated with multiple Holiday Inn franchises all over the country, including in Brighton, Newcastle, Birmingham and York and cover basic tasks in restaurants, housekeeping and room service. Mark Solas, Area General Manager for Holiday Inn Portsmouth, Brighton and Holiday Express Portsmouth, speaks to us about his experience with Stint in Brighton.
One of the key pressure points he highlights is that Brighton is a difficult market for recruitment and with the staffing crisis it’s been difficult to ensure enough manpower to service the hotel. Stint has helped with this as they come in for the peak hours to cover the basic tasks meaning that the manpower they do have can really focus on the skilled tasks.
Additionally, there has been an average increase in cover spend due to the ability of the core team to focus on the guests and upselling, whilst Stinters are covering the tasks behind the scenes.
