In early 2019, Stint rolled out across 7 of the Chipotle London sites. Stints were brought in to help with their 90-120 minute rush at lunch and dinner times. The Stinters were helping out on the food line as well as assisting in the kitchen. This meant Chipotle had the right number of staff during those daily peaks, maximising on sales, whilst also not spending too much on excess labour in their quiet periods.
Jacob Sumner, Director of European Operations, described it as a “win” for them. Stint allowed them to “reduce their labour line, increase the number of transactions at their busy periods, and improve overall guest satisfaction in the restaurant”
