Stint was born as a team of five in June 2018, working from the bottom floor of a house that we converted into a makeshift office.
Now we’re a team of 150 — growing fast and based all over — on a mission to unlock a flexible workforce around the world.

We’ve picked up some friends along the way. Amongst them are the ex-Chief Exec of the British Beer and Pub Association and the ex-COO of Wetherspoons. They’ve brought an incredible amount of experience to the table.
We’re passionate about achieving our goal, but we believe that the journey is the reward, so we like having lots of fun along the way.

Meet our founders
Stint was officially founded in 2018 by brothers Sol and Sam Schlagman. The concept came about during their time at university, prompting Sol to turn down his investment banking graduate job and Sam to defer his degree in order to fully pursue the business. They quickly began recruiting their fellow classmates, and they’ve come a long way since then.
